My secret weapon in getting my child to sleep

I previously posted a one-star review because one of those annoying "please rate this app!" dialogs appeared on a night when I was at the tail end of a horrible few days of hard work and no sleep, and my daughter was running full-tilt WAY past her bedtime.

I completely forgot that Id vented here until the Rain Rain dev team responded to my review, and was so patient and cool that I instantly felt horrible. So heres the REAL review:

When all else fails and my baby daughter simply cant get to sleep, I swaddle her and put on the original Rain Rain storm sound, and within a few minutes, shes no longer fighting to stay awake, and soon shes completely asleep.

And I use it at work when I need to put my headphones on and concentrate. Being mentally back in my living room, listening to the rain is the perfect cure for the drone of noise in the office.

Great stuff. This is the first "ambient noise" app thats made it to the home screen on my phone.
